The bottle I designed to investigate, experiment and mimic with blow molding. The method I used to make this bottle; I had to make a bottle shape mold using a lathe, I then cut that in half and vacuum formed the shape twice, glued the pieces together to make the bottle. The lid of the bottle was made in SolidWorks but with the exception that the design could be injection molded like modern plastic bottle lids.
